CRUZ TO TWITTER’S JACK DORSEY: ‘Who the Hell Elected You?’

WASHINGTON — Senator Ted Cruz on Wednesday tore into Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey over what he claimed was an anti-Conservative bias on his company’s social media platform.

During an often heated hearing with big tech titans Facebook, Twitter and Google, Cruz, (R)- Calif., called Twitter “a dire threat to free speech in America.”

Grilling Dorsey over Twitter’s decision to block the posting and sharing of a recent New York Post report that made corruption allegations against Joe Biden, Cruz demanded to know what gave Dorsey the right to do so.

“Mr. Dorsey, who the hell elected you and put you in charge of what the media are allowed to report and what the American people are allowed to hear, and why do you persist in behaving as a Democratic super PAC silencing views to the contrary of your political beliefs?” Cruz asked.

In response, Dorsey stated, “We’re not.”

“You’re testifying to this committee right now that Twitter,” Cruz said, “when it silences people, when it censors people, when it blocks political speech, that has no impact on elections?”

“People have choice of other communication channels,” Dorsey responded.

“Not if they don’t hear information,” Cruz countered. “If you don’t think you have the power to influence elections, why do you block anything?”

“Your position is you can sit in Silicon Valley and demand of the media, that you can tell them what stories they can publish, you can tell the American people what reporting they can hear?” he said. “Is that right?”

“No,” Dorsey responded. “Every person, every account, every organization that signed up to Twitter, agrees to a terms of service.”

“So media outlets must genuflect and obey your dictates if they wish to be able to communicate with readers,” Cruz shot back.

“Not at all,” Dorsey said.

Later in the hearing, Sen. Ron Johnson, (R)-Wis., challenged Dorsey’s claim that Twitter does not attempt to influence elections with their policies and actions. He , too, challenged the company’s decision to censor the Post’s reporting, as well as Facebook’s decision to flag it.

“Do either one of you have any evidence that the New York Post story is part of Russian disinformation or that those emails aren’t authentic?” Johnson asked Dorsey and Zuckerberg.

“We don’t,” Dorsey said.

Throughout the hearing, executives for Facebook, Twitter and Google claimed they have no slant against conservatives and have never targeted conservative users or pages for their political beliefs.

TICK TOCK: Gaetz Steps Up Attack Against Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg Alleging Lies To Congress

WASHINGTON — Rep. Matt Gaetz has filed a criminal referral against Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg for lying to Congress while under oath, the Florida Republican announced this week.

In a statement, Gaetz alleged that Zuckerberg made materially false statements to Congress while under oath at two separate joint hearings in April 2018.

“Zuckerberg repeatedly and categorically denied his company engaged in bias against conservative speech, persons, policies, or politics and also denied that Facebook censored and suppressed content supportive of President Donald Trump and other conservatives,” the statement reads. Gaetz then went on to allege that James O’Keefe, along with investigative journalists at Project Veritas, uncovered evidence which proved contrary.

“Zuckerberg repeatedly and categorically denied his company engaged in bias against conservative speech, persons, policies, or politics and also denied that Facebook censored and suppressed content supportive of President Donald Trump and other conservatives,” Gaetz argued. “Project Veritas published the results of an undercover investigation featuring two whistleblowers who worked as Facebook’s ‘content moderators,’ revealing that the overwhelming majority of content filtered by Facebook’s AI program was content in support of President Donald Trump, Republican candidates for office, or conservatism in general.”

“This alone is already an indication of bias within the platform,” he added.

In the statement, Gaetz went on to say that he now “questions Zuckerberg’s veracity, as well as his willingness to cooperate with the House’s oversight authority,” and suggested that the Facebook CEO has been “diverting congressional resources during time-sensitive investigations, and materially impeding our work.”

“Such misrepresentations are not only unfair, they are potentially illegal and fraudulent,” said Gaetz.

In addition to referring Zuckerberg to the DOJ for an investigation into the alleged false statements made to Congress by Zuckerberg while under oath, Gaetz personally asked U.S. Attorney General William Barr on Monday to investigate Zuckerberg’s conduct.

“Facebook’s AI screening content is not politically neutral,” Gaetz wrote in a letter to Barr. “Neither are the moderators hired to review content flagged by the AI program. This stands in opposition to Mr. Zuckerberg’s congressional testimony and violates the ‘good faith’ provision of Section 230(c)(2)(A) of the Communications Decency Act.”

“Accordingly, I respectfully refer Mr. Zuckerberg to the Department for an investigation of potential violations of 18 U.S.C. §§1001, 1505, and 1621 for materially false statements made to Congress while testifying under oath.”

When asked about whether Facebook harbors anti-conservative bias while testifying before Congress in 2018, Zuckerberg said:

“First, I understand where that concern is coming from because Facebook and the tech industry are located in Silicon Valley, which is an extremely left-leaning place. And this is actually a concern that I have and that I try to root out in the company is making sure that we don’t have any bias in the work that we do, and I think it is a fair concern that people would at least wonder about.”

STOP THE BIAS: Political commentator Jacob Wohl becomes latest casualty in Twitter’s war on conservatives

SAN FRANCISCO — Jacob Wohl became the latest conservative to be banned by Twitter Tuesday after the social media giant suspended his account, claiming the 21-year-old had violated it’s platform’s rules.

Wohl, an outspoken supporter of Israel and President Donald Trump, had garnered more than 180,000 followers prior to his ban.

“The account was suspended for multiple violations of the Twitter Rules,” a Twitter spokesperson said Tuesday, “specifically creating and operating fake accounts.”

Wohl denied those allegations when reached by USA Today for comment on Tuesday.

“I’ve had accounts for my businesses and my future think tank but that’s about it,” Wohl said, adding that all of those accounts had been “nuked” as a result of his suspension. “I’ve not created fake accounts or bot armies or anything like that.”

Wohl is just the latest in a series of conservative commentators and outspoken Trump supporters to be banned by Twitter.

In late 2018 Twitter permanently suspended the account of Laura Loomer, another outspoken supporter of Israel and Trump.

Loomer, who had amassed more than 260,000 followers on the social-media platform prior to her suspension, was banned for “violating Twitter rules against hateful conduct” after she sent a tweet criticizing Minnesota Rep.-elect Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) for her Muslim faith.

In the tweet in question, Loomer called Omar “anti-Jewish” and called the Muslim religion one in which “homosexuals are oppressed” and “women are abused” and “forced to wear the hijab.”

“I’ve been silenced in America,” Loomer said in a video posted to YouTube in response to her Twitter ban. “Everything I said is 100 percent true and factual. It’s not malicious, it’s not mean, it’s not hateful.”

In 2018 Twitter was also one of several major social media networks to suspend Alex Jones from their platform.

Jones’ suspension came one day after the Texas-based talk show host tweeted a video of himself confronting a CNN reporter and accusing him of censorship.

In a statement posted to its website, Twitter claimed Jones’ actions violated its platform’s rules against “abusive behavior.”

LOOMER: Twitter Bans Breck Worsham On Christmas Eve For Criticism of Pedophilia

In yet another act of anti-Conservative bias by Twitter, Breck Worsham, a popular Conservative woman with nearly 83,000 Twitter followers has been permanently suspended by Twitter.

Worsham’s account was banned on Christmas Eve after she posted tweets critical of pedophiles and Twitter’s decision to allow for pro-pedophile accounts to still remain active while deeming Conservative accounts to be “violations of terms of service”.

On Christmas Eve, Worsham received the following email from Twitter informing her that her anti-pedophile tweet “violates rules against hateful conduct”.

“Kill ’em all…Let God sort ’em out…”

Worsham said her tweet was in direct reference to violent pedophiles.

While Twitter claims it is a violation of their terms of service to call for people who rape children to be killed, it is worth noting that Twitter doesn’t consider assassination threats against President Donald Trump or genocidal calls to murder the Jews and white people as violations of their terms of service.

Worsham released a statement on her Instagram about her ban:
“I was notified this morning, December 24, 2018, that Twitter had suspended my account on the grounds of “hate speech” because I spoke out against pro-pedophile accounts on the platform and called for the death penalty to pedophiles.
Bans are nothing new to me, as I have been here many times before. What is troubling, however, is the ongoing war on Conservatives and those who seek to shine light upon the truth.
I’m not the first account to be banned for telling the truth, and I certainly will not be the last. Laura Loomer was famously banned from most social media platforms just this past Thanksgiving for doing no more than that.”

Like me, Worsham was also banned from Twitter during a holiday, which poses the question: Is big tech banning large and popular Conservative accounts on holidays to draw attention away from their silencing of Conservatives?

While Worsham, who is pro-Trump, has been banned for criticizing pedophilia, it is worth noting that Twitter has not banned famous left wing celebrities who have themselves been accused or charged with pedophilia, and even encouraged acts of pedophilia against small children.

Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey have both been accused of sexually assaulting minors, yet both of them still have verified Twitter accounts and access to Twitter, despite Twitter’s claim that verification and access to Twitter would also depend on users’ “off platform behavior”.

In June of 2018, Peter Fonda, a left wing actor, tweeted, in reference to Donald Trump’s 12-year-old son:

‘A NEW LOW’: Twitter faces backlash after banning conservative Iraq War veteran Jesse Kelly

SAN FRANCISCO — Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey faced a wave of backlash on Monday after it was revealed that the social media giant had banned conservative pundit and Iraq war veteran Jesse Kelly.

Kelly, a former Marine who ran for Congress in Arizona in 2010 and 2012, is the host of a nationally syndicated conservative talk radio program based out of Houston.

The news sparked a wave of anger from fellow conservatives who viewed the ban as yet another attack on the right.

“@JesseKellyDC just shared this with me,” tweeted combat vet and author Sean Parnell. “He’s permanently banned with no explanation. He broke no rules. This madness has to stop.”

“Jesse Kelly just showed me the final verdict: Twitter has permanently banned him.
His account is gone and will not be restored, according to Twitter support,” tweeted conservative broadcaster Buck Sexton. “No warnings, no appeals. They’ve ghosted him.”

“The ppl who decided to ban Jesse Kelly and the ppl who are cheering his ban are not only unfair, tyrannical, and lame, they are also pitifully humorless,” Providence Magazine’s Rebeccah Heinrichs tweeted.

“Conservabros who defended tech censorship see the world differently now that Jesse Kelly has been suspended,” journalist and documentary film maker Mike Cernovich wrote.

Kelly’s ban is just the latest in what Republicans have claimed is an ongoing “war on conservatives”.

In September, outspoken right-wing altertative news giant Alex Jones was banned from most social media platforms, including Twitter on the grounds of “hate speech”.

Independent journalist Laura Loomer was also banned by Twitter and Facebook last week for criticizing the practice of female genital mutilation, which is a common practice in the Muslim faith.

According to Twitter’s “terms of use” page, Kelly should have been provided an explanation from Twitter around what policy he may have violated.

“When we permanently suspend an account, we notify people that they have been suspended for abuse violations, and explain which policy or policies they have violated and which content was in violation,” Twitter says on its website.

According to those who have spoken to Kelly in the wake of his ban, no notification or reason was given in this case.

SOCIAL MEDIA SHOWDOWN: ‘Diamond and Silk’ take on Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg over ‘anti-Conservative discrimination’

MENLO PARK, CA — As if it needed any more bad press, social media giant Facebook has found itself facing a new round of woes, courtesy of Conservative commentators Lynnette “Diamond” Hardaway and Rochelle “Silk” Richardson.

The outspoken sisters, who self-proclaim to be two of President Trump’s “most outspoken & loyal supporters” took to Fox News on Sunday to blast Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg for acts they claim discriminatory toward Conservatives after the pair’s work was removed from Facebook’s platform for content deemed “unsafe to the community”.

“They gave us no rationale,” the duo told “Fox & Friends”. “The only thing they told us is that we are unsafe for the community. We are two women of color, how are we unsafe? We don’t sell drugs, we don’t belong to no gangs. It’s offensive, it’s appalling, it taints our brand. Why are you censoring two black women? Why are you not allowing our viewers to view our content?”

The pair added they first suspected they were being censored several months ago when they “noticed that there was a pause on our page, one day we were doing good and then it just dropped. People were not receiving notifications, our posts were not showing up on their feed.”

In a statement posted to their Facebook page, Diamond and Silk updated their
1.2 million Facebook followers of the latest developments, writing:

“Diamond And Silk have been corresponding since September 7, 2017, with Facebook (owned by Mark Zuckerberg), about their bias censorship and discrimination against D&S brand page. Finally after several emails, chats, phone calls, appeals, beating around the bush, lies, and giving us the run around, Facebook gave us another bogus reason why Millions of people who have liked and/or followed our page no longer receives notification and why our page, post and video reach was reduced by a very large percentage.

Here is the reply from Facebook. Thu, Apr 5, 2018 at 3:40 PM: “The Policy team has came to the conclusion that your content and your brand has been determined unsafe to the community.” Yep, this was FB conclusion after 6 Months, 29 days, 5 hrs, 40 minutes and 43 seconds. Oh and guess what else Facebook said: “This decision is final and it is not appeal-able in any way.” (Note: This is the exact wording that FB emailed to us.)

So our questions to Facebook (Mark Zuckerberg) are:
1. What is unsafe about two Blk-women supporting the President Donald J. Trump?
2. Our FB page has been created since December 2014, when exactly did the content and the brand become unsafe to the community?
3. When you say “community” are you referring to the Millions who liked and followed our page?
4. What content on our page was in violation?
5. If our content and brand was so unsafe to the community, why is the option for us to boost our content and spend money with FB to enhance our brand page still available? Maybe FB should give us a refund since FB censored our reach.
6. Lastly, didn’t FB violate their own policy when FB stopped sending notifications to the Millions of people who liked and followed our brand page?”

In a released statement a Facebook spokesperson said, “We are aware of this issue. We are reaching out to the creators of Diamond & Silk to try and resolve this matter.”

The Diamond and Silk matter is just the latest in a string of bad PR for Zuckerberg, who is expected to testify this week as to how the social media giant allowed a data-mining company to obtain personal information from at least 87 million Facebook users without their consent.

Calls to Zuckerberg’s personal spokesperson for comment were not immediately returned.

CONSERVATIVES UNDER ATTACK: War on right continues as social media sites target Conservative press

KNOXVILLE, TN — The latest attack in the war on Conservatives has taken it’s latest victim…Your’s truly.

After posting to my official Facebook page on Wednesday plans by Antifa to target Arlington National Cemetery over its burial of Confederate soldiers, I was notified that the post had been removed because it “violated” Facebook’s “community standards”.

Moments later, I was notified that another post had been deleted and my account suspended for 30 days over my sharing of a collage of mainstream media headlines in which pedophilia was being openly advocated.

This is not my first time at the rodeo. Over the course of the last year, my Facebook account has been shut down on four separate occasions, my Twitter account suspended and my Instagram account closed due to what censors of the sites deemed “offensive content”.

Ironically, I’ve had it pretty good compared to other conservative journalists and political commentators. In the last year, Fox News hosts Bill O’Reilly and Eric Bolling have been forced from their high-profile gigs at the once right-leaning news network after being targeted by the left with unsubstantiated claims of sexual harassment.

In an interview with NBC’s Today, O’Reilly called his removal from the network the result of a “hit job” by the left (https://www.today.com/news/bill-o-reilly-sexual-harassment-allegations-against-him-was-hit-t116460).

“In 42 years, I’ve been in this business. I’ve worked for 12 companies. Not any time have I had any interaction with HR, any complaints filed against me,” O’Reilly told NBC host Matt Lauer, adding: “Nobody is a perfect person but I can go to sleep at night very well knowing that I’ve never mistreated anyone on my watch in 42 years.”

Bolling also denied allegations that he had engaged in sexual harassment after reports surfaced that he had sent unwanted “sext messages” to three women (http://deadline.com/2017/08/fox-news-eric-bolling-lewd-photos-sexual-harassment-1202143178/).

“Mr. Bolling recalls no such inappropriate communications, does not believe he sent any such communications, and will vigorously pursue his legal remedies for any false and defamatory accusations that are made,” Bolling’s attorney, Michael J. Bowe, said in a statement.

In a separate statement to Breitbart News, Bowe said, “The story is based on anonymous sources and not true. No such unsolicited communications occurred.”

Many conservative journalists who were essentially forced to work undercover during the 8 years of the Obama administration had hoped that the election of Donald Trump would result in a new found freedom of expression.

To date, that has not happened.

If anything, the bloodthirstiness of the left has only increased as a majority of the mainstream media, still reeling with anger over the election loss of their beloved Hillary Clinton, seek to destroy anyone who aids President Trump in his “America First” agenda.

To them, American values, as they once stood, simply can not be permitted to return.

However, what social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter fail to realize is that for every conservative commentator or journalist with a high profile that they shoot down, there are millions of hard core patriots behind them who are willing to make their own voices be heard. The men and women of America who are sick and tired of being told that they are “bad” or “evil” for being a Christian or for even simply being white. Men and women who work hard, pay taxes and all they want in return is to give their own children a better hope for the future.

I am just one voice in a sea of many. My voice may have been silenced (temporarily), but the powers that be are soon to be deafened by the screams of those who stand for the same as I.

To protect our borders. To protect our flag. To protect our children. And to protect our future.
