JENNA ELLIS: ‘No President-Elect Until Electoral College Votes’

WASHINGTON (Newsmax) — States’ certifications and projections “don’t mean anything” when it comes to who won the Nov. 3 presidential election, because the only thing that really matters is the Electoral College, Jenna Ellis, who is part of the Trump campaign’s legal team, said Monday while discussing the push for state legislatures to appoint electors to determine the race.

“Until the Electoral College actually votes on Dec. 14, we don’t have a president-elect,” Ellis told Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo, explaining that the team is working “two parallel tracks to keep up the fight for President Donald Trump’s reelection.”

“First is the litigation strategy, where we’re challenging the fraud and the widespread fraud in court,” she said. “That’s where we are currently in Pennsylvania. We also have a parallel track with state legislatures.”

State lawmakers, she said, can take back their power and appoint electors to determine the race’s winner.

“In Pennsylvania, we have two pieces pending and primed for the Supreme Court,” said Ellis. “Now we have another case in the 3rd Circuit ready to go to the Supreme Court. We have 10 days from that ruling to appeal it.”

State legislatures, she added, are “vested under the Constitution with election integrity and the ability to select the manner of their electors to move forward. We are taking this very seriously.”

Allowing lawmakers to pick the electors was “built in as a safeguard” so the people’s vote is not disenfranchised when there is “corruption and fraud” in the election, she insisted.

“The reason for that is to make sure that people’s voice is heard and the correct outcome ultimately happens through the Electoral College,” said Ellis. “President Trump is right. There was widespread fraud, in at least 6 states … the state legislatures must take back their selection of delegates and move forward to choosing the delegates that are preferred by the people we know President Trump won in a landslide.”

TRUMP JR.: Facebook, Twitter Using Power to ‘Manipulate’ 2020 Election

WASHINGTON — Left leaning social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook are unfairly targeting conservatives, Donald Trump, Jr. said Tuesday, and something, he says, needs to be done about it.

In an interview with Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo, Trump said the censoring of conservatives by major social media platforms is a violation of free speech.

“It’s people who are pro-life, it’s people who are pro-Second Amendment, the religious right, I mean it’s happened to me on numerous occasions,” Trump Jr. said. “I got targeted for hate speech, but it turns out I was right,” he said. “That didn’t stop the mainstream media from, you know, dragging me through the mud for three or four days but you know that’s what’s going on.”

Facebook and Twitter are “controlled by leftists … they all believe in one thing and it’s not free speech,” said Trump. “They only believe in their speech, you know, you can only be woke. If you’re not woke, again a cancellable offense.”

Trump went on to say that social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook are also doing whatever they can to prevent his father, President Donald Trump, from winning re-election.

They’re “doing whatever they can to manipulate an election,” Trump claimed, by making sure “certain content is pushed and others’ is totally stymied and that’s not right … they gotta lose those protections and the liability that’s probably worth billions of dollars in terms of protection to them from our federal government because taxpayers shouldn’t be funding their own suppression.”

HANNITY: Docs prove Trump-Russia collusion allegations were a hoax

WASHINGTON – Conservative talk show host Sean Hannity announced Monday documentation exists which will prove allegations that President Donald Trump colluded with Russia to influence the outcome of the 2016 presidential election were a massive hoax.

“At this hour, your federal government is in possession of transcripts from 2016 featuring secretly recorded conversations between FBI informants and one-time trump campaign aide George Papadopoulos,” Hannity said Monday evening during his opening monologue.

“According to those who have seen these transcripts, its contents are chock-full of clear irrefutable, incontrovertible, exculpatory evidence proving Trump-Russia collusion was always a hoax from the get-go,” said Hannity. “This includes former congressman Trey Gowdy who is now calling these documents ‘game changing.'”

Gowdy, who appeared on “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo, confirmed the existence of the documents.

“Some of us have been fortunate enough to know whether or not those transcripts exist. But they haven’t been made public, and I think one, in particular … has the potential to actually persuade people,” said Gowdy. “Very little in this Russia probe I’m afraid is going to persuade people who hate Trump or love Trump. But there is some information in these transcripts that has the potential to be a game-changer if it’s ever made public.”

Hannity, expressing the importance of such documents, said the findings must be made available to the American people.

“If Comey, Strzok, the highest level officials… the upper echelon, the Intel community were withholding exculpatory evidence, let me tell you this is bigger than we ever thought,” Hannity said. “It means the of premeditated fraud, conspiracy against the FISA court, that means there was a real attempt to steal a presidential election with Russian lies paid for by Hillary and an effort when they lost, to unseat a duly elected president of you, the people. Much worse than we ever knew.”
